I can get this move down to the tee. I found this move to be very overwhelming on your ankles but I found some exercises that can help you build that ankle support. I use the ladder equipment to get this down. I sprint on my toes and only touch the opposite side with my opposing foot. It sounds a little confusing but if you need more precise advice I can definitely help you out. Anybody know who Denilson is? He just happens to do the step over in lightning speed. I've been lucky enough to be thought by him. Thats right, the master, the majician of the move. I learn it from the best, so I can help you do this crucial move on your opponent to the point where they fall.

I purchased this product through a recommendation of a friend. I must say I was very skeptical at first but there slogan is really true. Once you try it, you can never workout without it!! Has anyone tried this product? Leukic claims that it gives you a "anabolic" state of mind. I would like to know if anyone has tried this product and was content with its results.
